Cancellation Notice - If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide me with at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. Cancellation Fees • If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of insert amount of $25 of the service cost. • If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service.
